The Daavision production plant
Liquid and Dry production
At Daavision we are able to produce Liquid and Dry products, produced from our own stock of raw materials. All our raw materials are carefully checked on intake, where we take samples and even keep sealed samples for future tracking and tracing. This same principle, with analyzing and sealing samples is also standard for all our end products.
This way we can always guarantee that the highest quality products reach our customers.
The “Liquid Line”
The basis of all our products are the liquid products. They are automatically mixed in our closed mixing tank, which is kept at a steady temperature of 45 oC. After mixing the products are transported to our End Product Tanks.
After analyses the liquid end products can be transported to our “Dry Line” for further processing, or they can be transported to our filling line, where we fill our cans or IBC’s according to the wishes of our clients.
The “Dry Line”
In our “Dry Line” we spray the products coming from the “Liquid Line” on a carrier in our stainless steel Lindor mixer. We are able to use different carriers, which will be chosen to produce dry products that contain as much active material as possible.
Of course, only analysed and approved dry products leave our “Dry Line” in our high quality multiple paper bags, carefully chosen to protect the product and to ensure that our products arrive at the customer in good condition.
