The young animal as well as the laying hen is very sensitive for stress factors. A weaning period without diseases and health problems gives piglets a good start in life. Our products can help the young animals to a healthy start with an optimal performance through their lifecycle.
To help to improve the digestion, it is important to start acidifying the feed as soon as possible. An acidifier can reduce the pH level in the animals gizzard to improve the digestion of proteins. And even at later stages of the chickens lifecycle, an acidifier like Daacid is an optimal product to improve the digestion for the best technical (and economical) results.
Improving the digestion of broilers and laying hens is essential, but controlling the quality of the feed is of crucial importance. If the feed contains Entero bacteria like Salmonella, the animals can become ill. This will immediately have a negative effect on the performance of the animals. Therefore it is important to include an antibacterial product like Daasal, to which the poultry will not become immune, which has no withdrawal time and which is fully biodegradable.
Chickens do not only take in feed, but also a lot of water. By adding organic acids to drinking water, there is an extra possibility to reduce the pH level in the gizzard for a better digestion. Adding Daaquasafe also has a huge benefit for the quality of the water, because the ingredients of this product have proven to work effectively against moulds, yeasts and biofilm.
When Streptococcus bacteria pose a threat, our product based on Lauric acid and Monolaurate, called Daafit may offer a solution against Gram-positive bacteria.
On farm level, Daafit Plus will help to reduce the usage of antibiotics.
